The Brit Awards 2013...

I'm absolutely buzzing right now, as after an hour and 10 minutes of trying, me and my friends managed to get tickets to Beyonce's Mrs Carter world tour in April, and I am literally the most excited I've possibly ever been. I still can't quite believe it. Thank you so much to my Stepdad for being on o2, my life is now complete. I bloody loved her at the Superbowl, so God knows what I am going to be like seeing her live. But yay, so happy!

As for today's post. It was a pretty big night in the music calendar last night, as the o2 arena welcomed this year's Brit Awards hosted by the lovely James Corden. Supposedly it was to be one of the most glamorous nights for British Awards ceremonies, but I cannot help but feel sorely disappointed by what graced the red carpet last night.

For example, Gemma Arterton. You young lady, are an extremely beautiful, stunning woman, who is usually absolutely spot on with fashion - so what on earth happened last night. I am not going to be one of those people who slates the 'worst dressed', but I really feel that needed to be said. There were a few people I felt like that about last night, but there certainly were some absolute smashers of outfits. So I've compiled together my favourite looks from the evening. Let's see if you agree...

After wowing us at the BAFTAS last week in a sensational jumpsuit, Laura Whitmore has hit the nail on the head with this incredible Zoe Jordan metallic mini dress. The lovely nude/pink colour keeps it simple and understated whilst still being absolutely sensational.

Newly appointed Victorias Secret model Jourdan Dunn sported the much loved neon trend in this ultra mini off the shoulder Balmain beauty. As well as the gorgeous colour, I'm loving the subtle embellishment - and how incredible are her legs!? Very jealous!

Aluna Francis opts for a showing a bit of leg in a sheer sequinned gown. I love the simple black clutch, teamed up with smoky eyes - very sultry.

In Taylor's performance last night she definitely threw her good girl image out the door, in favour of a more sexy look. However on the red carpet, she kept it very sophisticated in a full length black gown, though adding that little bit of leg with the sheer panels up either side. The metallic belt is also a nice touch and shows off her trim little waist.

Alexa Chung will always be a style icon in my eyes - she is very casual but always manages to look bang on trend and completely effortless. This cute outfit completely emulates her whole style and I love it. Messy hair, a little pair of pointed shoes and boom she's done. Beaut.

Do you agree with my choices ladies or do you think there is anyone that I have missed out, or equally got anyone completely wrong?
