Pick of the Week...

Ever since purchasing my first pair of printed leggings/treggings from Topshop a couple of weeks ago (see OOTD post here) I have literally been obsessed with all the pairs they have been bringing out. They is such an array of prints that you really are spoilt for choice. From monochrome, to bright colours, fun prints, and simple denim there is something for everyones taste, and the fit is just second to none. The thickness allows them to be worn more as trousers rather than leggings and the high waist is extremely flattering. There really is nothing to dislike about these, so here are my favourites that are on offer right now. If only I could have them all...

Oh God, the more I look at them, the more I want them all. They're just so pretty. The first three are definitely on the top of my purchase list. I'm loving tartan at the moment, so these tartan check leggings are ideal for me. Just with a black oversized tee or blouse with some heeled ankle boots - bang on trend! The daisy print treggings are just so cute. They are that lovely thick material with velvet detailing and suck me in and make me look lovely and skinny which is always good. Again I think a black tee/blouse would be the best way to go as they are already a pretty bold statement and I wouldn't want to detract from that. The same with these colbalt leggings. Blue is by far my favourite colour and these are just something a bit out there which I wouldn't usually go for which is why I love them. 

The remaining four hit the nail on the head with the monochrome trend. These black and white side panel treggings are brilliant. They are so simple, but the side panel just gives them that little extra oomph, and like I said; bang on with the monochrome trend. I LOVE these motteled flocked treggings, they are just ace! I love the scribbly, graffiti effect. They are fun, different, and although heavily printed they will be easy to mix and match with almost everything! Another pair of side panel leggings - but this time, the incorporation of the blue makes me love these even more. I really want them, and I'm hoping Topshop end up getting another load of stock in as I think I need these in my life. And lastly the velvet pair. These are basically a black pair of the ones that I already have. I think that these would be a brilliant wardrobe staple as you could wear them as the normal plain black leggings, but these are just a little different. They are still very simple and understated but the velvet and the print give them just a little more. I'm liking.
